1. How do I register online?
Ans : You only have to register one time with
RML. You can use the same username and password to view Pricing and for 'Ask a
Quote'. You must register the first time you attempt to perform certain functions, such as requesting a quote, viewing price list.
To register, simply complete the required fields under "Login".
You can also register by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the
left navigation bar. Then fill in the registration form. Top
2. What if I forget my username and password?
Ans : Please
send us an e-mail at : ruby@vsnl.com
with your e-mail
ID that you provided at the time of registration. Your username and password will be e-mailed to you.

3. How do I login?
Ans :
You should access RML website,
click the "login" on the left hand side on the navigation bar and once
logged in successfully you will be able to access the password protected
area till you leave the site. Top
4. What is 'Ask a Quote' and how can I access it?
Ans : The 'Ask a
Quote' solution is available for all registered users. Once you register with
RML we will authenticate your registration then you will be able to ask for
a quotation for the various products that you want. Top
5. How
can view the price list?
Ans : You need to register with
RML first. After processing the information you would be authenticated by
RML and intimation sent to you by email. Only after this and on entering your username
and password would you be able to access the price list. Top
6. What computer system do I need for the best results?
Ans :
For any Internet related access, the bandwidth with your Internet
service Provider will decide the speed and quality of access.
